Welcome to Week 3 Goddess - Welcome Compassion

If you were able to do the jounal prompt last week then you may already be feeling more compassion with yourself. Self-compassion has been revolutionary for me on my journey.  I was easily compassionate with others, but I wasn't taught self-compassion, in fact, I learned the opposite from society and potentially my parental figures.  When I started practicing compassion with myself through anger,  fear, and sorrow, I can find more understanding, peace, and integration within myself. This week move compassionately with yourself through these practices.  I am wishing you deep peace and unconditional love during your journey.
